Meet Mrs. Peterson
Mrs. Jacqueline Peterson has been a member of Seton Catholic's Math Department since August 2013. She has taught Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2 and Trigonometry, Math Success 1, Math Success 2, Java Programming, and AP Computer Science A. Prior to joining Seton Catholic, Mrs. Peterson worked as a software engineer and engineering manager at Intel for 15 years. During her time at Intel, she was responsible for the development and testing of gate level libraries, developed software to insert timing across gate level models with maximized accuracy, and led a team that developed a fully functional software DVD player. She also managed the software System Validation team for one of Intel's microprocessors. Mrs. Peterson graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. She went on to earn a Post-Baccalaureate in Secondary Education. Mrs. Peterson enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, traveling, and babysitting her grandson.
