Dear Parents, Students, Teachers, and Staff,
It remains our goal to be cautious and prudent with everyone’s health. The combination of an increase in confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Seton Community, in our greater East Valley Community, and in light of the potential for increased exposure at holiday season gatherings, we have consulted with the Diocese of Phoenix and have decided to make adjustments to our schedule. The increases are concerning and we would like to work to mitigate exposure at a time when infection seems to be on the rise.
Thankfully, our scheduling options permit this change. The rest of this week (December 1 - 4) will continue online using our Online Schedule. Please use this link to access our Online Learning Guidelines. We will follow our Two-Day Hybrid Schedule next week (December 7 - 11) and we will run our Final Exam Schedule the final week of the semester (December 14-18).
The schedule through the last week of the first semester will be as follows:
We ask that parents please complete the attached survey to indicate whether your student will be either online or in-person during the Two-Day Hybrid period: Seton Catholic Preparatory Two-Day Hybrid Survey. Please complete this survey by 3pm on Thursday, December 4, 2020. Once we know who will be attending in-person, we will assign those students to new Red and Gold groups.
