The Seton Catholic Preparatory General Endowment Fund is housed at the Catholic Community Foundation (CCF) of Phoenix, Arizona. Founded in 1983, CCF currently manages endowment funds for 150 agencies, including 70 parishes and 41 schools within the Diocese of Phoenix. CCF provides an invaluable opportunity for organizations, like Seton Catholic Prep, to leave a legacy of giving that will support future needs in perpetuity. Contributions to our Endowment are invested and managed by CCF, with the earnings being distributed for scholarships.
In addition to our General Endowment Fund, we also have two scholarship funds that are housed at CCF: The Sisters of Charity Scholarship Fund and the Michael Eubanks Scholarship Fund.
The Sisters of Charity Scholarship Fund was established in May 2009, in honor of the retirement of Sister Joan Marie Madden, who faithfully served 41 years at Seton Catholic Prep. In keeping with Sr. Joan Marie’s wishes, the scholarship fund will provide tuition assistance for students who qualify for admission but require financial assistance. The scholarship will be administered by the Director of Finance and the Principal of Seton Catholic Prep. All donations to the scholarship fund are tax deductible.
The Michael Eubanks Scholarship Fund was established in memory of Seton alumnus, Michael Eubanks ’86, who died in a tragic car accident on May 27, 2001. Michael served the Seton Catholic Prep community as a teacher, athletic director and dean of students.
The Seton Catholic Preparatory General Endowment Fund accepts gifts that support our school in perpetuity. In addition to accepting gifts for the General Endowment Fund, donations can be directed to the following funds: The Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill Scholarship Fund, the Michael Eubanks Scholarship Fund and the Donna Olsen Scholarship Fund, the McDonough Endowment and the Joseph Kahler Memorial Fund.
